How PartSentinel handles personal data.

1 · Data we collect

• Account data — name, work email, company, role — provided when you book a free audit or sign in.
• Catalogue data — only the references you explicitly submit for audit. We never crawl, scrape, or pull from your systems without an authenticated import.
• Audit telemetry — aggregated, non-identifying metrics about audit pipeline performance.

2 · How we use it

• To run the audits you request and deliver the reports.
• To reach out about your audit, the report findings, and follow-up engagements.
• To improve our pipeline — model panel, prompt calibration, scoring formula — using only aggregated, non-identifying telemetry.

3 · What we do not do

• We never train any model on your catalogue.
• We never share your audit data with third parties, including the LLM providers we audit.
• We never use your data to enrich a public benchmark unless you explicitly opt in.

4 · Where data lives

All personal and catalogue data is stored on EU-resident infrastructure. Audit logs are retained for seven years to satisfy AI Act Article 53(1)(d) reproducibility requirements.

5 · Your rights

Access, rectification, deletion, portability, and objection — as guaranteed by GDPR. We answer requests within 30 days at the contact below.
