The Sentinel Score (0–100) aggregates audit findings across five commercial pillars: Coverage · Accuracy · Depth · Freshness · Exposure. Per-pillar weights are calibrated per vertical and disclosed under NDA inside the signed audit dossier. Each org in the cohort contributes its latest completed audit. Per-vertical rollups use the mean of tenants' Sentinel Scores; quartiles describe the spread. Quarter-over-quarter trend is the difference vs the previous snapshot.
