The agreement between you and PartSentinel.

1 · Service

PartSentinel audits how large language models represent industrial catalogue references and reports findings. We do not provide legal advice, regulatory filing, or content optimisation services.

2 · Fair use

• You warrant that the catalogue data you submit is yours to audit, or that you have explicit authorisation to do so.
• You agree not to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the audit pipeline.
• You agree to respect the rate limits and usage caps documented in your plan.

3 · Reports and findings

Audit reports are provided 'as is' and reflect the state of LLM knowledge at the time of the run. Models drift; findings are point-in-time observations, not warranties of permanent state.

4 · Liability

Our liability under these terms is capped at the fees paid for the relevant audit. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or third-party claims arising from the audit findings.

5 · Termination

Either party may terminate at any time on written notice. On termination we delete your catalogue data within 30 days unless retention is required by law (e.g. AI Act seven-year audit log).

6 · Governing law

French law. Disputes resolved by the courts of Paris. Mandatory mediation under the Paris Mediation and Arbitration Centre rules before any litigation.
